Dr. Nimisha Trivedi graduated with a Bachelor Degree of Medicine and Surgery in 1996 from B J Medical College in Gujarat, India. She had her residency at Mercer University School of Medicine, Family Practice from 2000-2003.

Dr. Trivedi is a member of the American Medical Association (AMA), AAFP (American Academy of Family Physicians), and the Georgia Academy of Family Physicians! She is also ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certified!

Dr. Trivedi is a strong believer in listening to her patients. Her largest and most important skill is that she not only listens to your words but also how they affect you physically and emotionally. Most doctors treat the symptoms, Dr. Trivedi treats the patient! She knows your are coming to her for help, whether its a sniffle or a major disease, She will be your advocate in treatment and help you get through it. Dr. Trivedi takes her responsibility as a Family Physician very seriously and will do everything in her power to help you, or get the help you need.

Dr. Trivedi has been in her own private practice since 2004, when she opened "Locust Grove Family Medicine" in Locust Grove, GA. In order to help more people in more areas she and her staff opened "Reliance Family Care" in McDonough, GA in 2007.

PERSONAL

Dr. Trivedi has been happily married for 11 years to her husband Jay. They have two beautiful children, a gorgeous daughter, Dhruti, who was born in 2001 and an adorable son, Sahil, born in 2005. Dr. Trivedi enjoys swimming, reading and spending time with her family.

Dr. Trivedi speaks 4 languages including, English, Hindi, Gujarati and Spanish.
