Stress Awareness Month - Everyone, from children to adults, suffers
from some kind of stress in their life. Some, unfortunately, more than others!
This "holiday" was created to bring awareness to stress and how to relieve it.
Stress can cause all kinds of problems with your health, both mentally and
physically. Talk with your doctor if you feel you are suffering from a high
amount of stress, you can also

April 1st: April Fools Day - Have fun! Play a fun trick on someone you
know. Humor is a great form of medicine!
April 6th: World Health Day - A day to celebrate health, and to learn
how to stay healthy!
 April 12th: Easter!
Depending on your belief, we have tried to find a website that shows the
complete history of Easter. It also includes some of the great traditions
you can do for Easter, from Coloring Eggs to Coloring Books, Baskets to
Flowers!
April 22nd: Earth Day - A day to learn about how to we can help our
world become a better place for our children and our future!
