Reliance Family Care is a family medical facility, conveniently located in McDonough, Georgia servicing McDonough and surrounding vicinity.

We are dedicated to maintaining the health of your entire family and structure our medical

facility care programs with this goal in mind to provide you with the best care possible.

This state-of-art clinic was added to our medical family in 2007 to provide a multitude of medical services to men, women, and children in more areas. We believe that a Family Doctor should be just that, a Doctor to provide health care for your entire Family.

The health care and comfort of our patients always comes first. Everything that we do is dedicated to the health and well being of our patients. We are proud to serve and be members of the Locust Grove, McDonough, and the surrounding Georgia community.

Dr. Trivedi truly believes in saying by Sir William Osler “Listen to the patient: He is telling you the diagnosis."

The most important skill she provide is to listen to you, to better understand not only the medical issues you may have, but also how those issues and others are impacting you both physically and emotionally.
